Privacy policy
Template — not legal advice. This describes what the software actually stores. If you operate this service, have it reviewed against the privacy law that applies to you (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and others impose specific obligations this document does not attempt to satisfy).
What we store
Account data. Depending on how you sign in: your Solana wallet address, your email address and a hashed password, or your Google account identifier and (if verified) email. Passwords are stored only as Argon2id hashes — we cannot read them.
Financial records. Every deposit, bet, payout, and withdrawal, as an immutable ledger. This is the record of what we owe you, so it is retained even if you close your account.
Gameplay. Bets, cash-out multipliers, and round outcomes, linked to your account.
Communications. Public chat messages and private support conversations, retained for moderation and dispute resolution.
Security data. Failed login attempts, to rate-limit password guessing.
What we don't collect
We do not ask for your name, address, or date of birth to play, and we never have access to your wallet's private keys or recovery phrase. Signing in with a wallet proves ownership through a signature and authorizes no transaction.
Your email address is never shown to other players. Chat and the live bet feed display a nickname, a shortened wallet address, or a generated name.
How it's used
To run your account and settle bets, to keep an accurate financial record, to moderate chat and support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Third parties
Google. If you sign in with Google, Google processes that sign-in and provides us with your account identifier, email, name, and profile picture. Their handling is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Solana. Deposits and withdrawals are public blockchain transactions. Anything on-chain is permanently public by design and outside our control.
Your data on your device
We use browser storage to keep your session token, your demo-play balance, and interface preferences such as whether the chat panel is open. These stay on your device.
Retention and your rights
Financial and gameplay records are retained for the period required for accounting, dispute resolution, and any applicable legal obligation. Other data is kept while your account is open.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Contact us through the in-game support chat. Note that erasure requests cannot remove financial ledger entries we are required to keep, or anything already recorded on the blockchain.
Security
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sessions use signed tokens, and login attempts are rate-limited. Run behind TLS in production — session tokens travel in request headers. No system is perfectly secure, and you should use a unique password here.
